退款條款
1. 如對購買的貨品不滿意，請在購買日起計 7 天內，帶同包裝原好的貨品或於上門送貨後並在貨品簽收前，連同發票正本，到所購貨品之門市辦理退款手續。
2. 本公司不會處理沒有提供發票正本的客戶及個案。
3. 所有貨品一經簽收，客戶需對產品負責。避免不必要爭拗，無論甚麼情況，包括本公司產品之問題或客戶使用不當，7 天後本公司有權拒絕任何退款。
4. 此更換及退款安排，不適用於曾經組裝、已拆包裝或損毀的貨品、特價陳列品、食品、任何經裁剪的布料。
5. 退款只適合可移動產品範圍。所有室內裝修、入牆傢私、運輸及安裝費用不設退回。
6. 退款將以付款形式支付。如以信用卡付款，需帶同付款時使用之信用卡。如超過 7 天之退款，本公司需收取 5% 之信用卡服務費及本公司行政費作現金退款。
7. 所有減價及使用信用卡分期付款計劃之貨品，只可更換其他價格相同或較高(顧客需支付貨品價格差額)之貨品。信用卡分期付款計劃一經確認恕不能取消。
8. 如需本公司安排上門檢查退款之產品或上門回收服務，我們將收取每次港幣$800 作運輸服務費。如不是當天同時進行，以 2 次或以上論。款項將在退款中扣回，如超過退款，本公司有權向客戶額外收取。
9. 因購買本公司產品而獲得的贈品、禮卷或其他優惠需在退款時一併退回。如贈品、禮卷或其他優惠在退款前已使用，本公司需以正價在退款中扣回。
10. 客戶需詳細了解退款詳情，本公司並無義務向客戶詳細解釋細節。如遇爭拗，本公司不接受客戶沒有詳細了解以上條款作理據。
11. 如貴客買下的陳列品上加/減結構或鑽孔, 尺寸及鑽孔大小要由客人提供, 鑽孔費用$500/個。如更改後出現任何問題, 本公司恕不負責。
12. 本公司保留解釋及修訂所列服務之條款及細則之權利。
Refund Terms
1. The refund just can be applied within 7 days after purchase or before delivery. Please bring along the original receipt, with the good products, to our showroom for refund.
2. Our good company will ignore all the refund without original receipt.
3. Clients have the liabilities on their purchase. Preventing the argument in any situation, our good company will not refund to all products sold after 7 days.
4. Refund terms can't applied to the products which already installed, unpacked and damaged. Also can't applied to display products and garment products.
5. Refund just can be applied to movable products. All interior decoration, in-wall cabinets, transportation fee and install fee can't be applied to the refund terms.
6. Refund method belongs to the payment method. If payment made by credit card, please bring along the card to us for refund. If the credit card refund need process more than 7 days, we will charge 5% as company management fee.
7. All sale items and products paid by instalment, no refund can be applied, but can be exchange to the products with the same or higher price. All instalment plan can't be cancelled.
8. Transportation charge will be charged as if the return products need our company checked and pick at client pointed site.
9. Once applied refund, the coupon which given in purchase, it's need to give back to our company,if the coupon has already used, the coupon amount will charge in refund.
10. Client should well-known the terms of refund, our good company didn't have the liabilities to explain the refund terms. In case of argument, our company do not accept the excuse of the reason of unknowing the refund terms .
11. If client request to re-decorate/drilling hole on the purchased product, the size of the hole and re-decorate design should be given by the client. For drilling hole, we will charge $500 for each hole. If there are problem occur during re-decorate/drilling hole, our good company will not responsible for the problem.
12. Our company keeps the rights of explanation and correction of all the terms.
